We appreciate your interest in our resources and becoming a part of them. If the Women's Ministry Committee has questions about your submission, a committee member may contact you. Due to the large amount of submissions, we cannot give feedback or connect with you on everything submitted. It is agreed that the author shall retain the rights to the submitted materials and media, accepted for WELS Women's Ministry use but grants WELS the right to print, distribute, promote and market the submitted materials and media on any WELS website, NPH publications, other WELS publications, including electronic publications, as well as all media now known or hereafter created. WELS shall have the right but not the obligation to use any and all Artwork submitted with the said submitted materials and media, to their discretion, unless otherwise previously agreed upon prior to signing this agreement. WELS shall bear all expenses of editing, production, copyrighting, marketing, and other related costs. WELS reserves the right to alter, correct, or amend said submitted materials and media in accordance with the doctrine, principles, and practice to which WELS subscribes, and in accordance with the mission of the publication in which the said submitted materials and media appears.
