Dear friend in Christ,
As you know, when we deploy volunteers to help with disaster relief work those volunteers need a place to stay. Sometimes finding suitable places for them – where they will be safe and can rest comfortably – can be a challenge. The following survey is a proactive effort to secure housing for volunteers before a disaster happens.
If you have a house, apartment, condo, or bedroom with its own bathroom that isn’t being used and you would be willing to allow us to house volunteers there, please indicate this by filling out the following survey.
Please note:
- In the event of a disaster, we may contact you about the use of your home.
- All volunteers who stay in your home have to pass a background check.
- You will not be required to provide meals or transportation for volunteers.
- Any costs associated with housing volunteers (including damage to your property) will be covered by WELS Christian Aid and Relief.
- This is a secure form. All data gathered is confidential.
