Rules and Information

Expo rules and information*

The checkbox will be enabled after reading through expo rules and information.

1. There will be no security guard. Exhibitors should be prepared to take valuables with them when they leave their booth.
2. Each display will receive one 8’x30” draped and skirted table and two chairs.
3. Electrical and dedicated Internet requirements are the responsibility of the exhibiting company. A service order form will be provided to you. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
4. There is no decorator or drayage company. Shipping costs and instructions will be provided.
5. Displays cannot be erected in a manner as to obstruct the view or disadvantageously affect the display of other displays.
6. Exhibitors shall not injure or deface the walls, floors, or any part of the display area.
7. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor's activities in the display area and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the WELS and the hotel, their owner, and management company as well as their respective agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. WELS and the hotel will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising out of exhibitor's activities in the display area except for any claims, loss,or damages arising directly from its sole negligence. Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the Hyatt Regency, its owners or managers, which results from any act of omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor also releases the WELS from liability for any expenses incurred or other damage suffered by the exhibitor if the conference is canceled because of a strike, riot, act of God, terrorist activity, or any other cause beyond the WELS control.
8. Companies may cancel their display space by May 15, 2025, and receive a full refund. No refunds will be made after this date.
